Warehouse / Dock Worker

Join a respected and long-established produce distributor as Warehouse/Dock Worker. This full-time position involves handling fresh produce, operating forklifts, and helping keep our warehouse running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload produce from trucks using a forklift or pallet jack

  • Move pallets to storage areas and loading docks

  • Check produce for quality when it arrives

  • Rotate and organize products in coolers

  • Keep the dock and cooler areas clean

  • Report any product or equipment issues to management

  • Complete basic paperwork and logs

  • Lift up to 50 lbs safely

Qualifications

  • Forklift certification and experience required

  • Good organization and time management skills

  • Ability to work well with a team

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

  • Produce knowledge and manual transmission driving are a plus

Position Details

  • Start time: 2:00–3:00 AM, work until midday

  • Full-time: 40–50 hours per week, 5–6 days per week

Delivery Driver –Wholesale Produce Distribution

Join a respected and long-established produce distributor as a Route Delivery Driver. We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious professional to deliver fresh produce to restaurants, schools, and other wholesale customers throughout the Tampa area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a 26-ft box truck safely and efficiently to complete assigned routes

  • Accurately pull, load, and deliver customer orders on schedule

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of trucks and loading areas

  • Rotate customer inventory when needed and ensure product quality

  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers

  • Operate an electric pallet jack safely and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

Qualifications

  • Class B CDL license and box truck experience required (no exceptions)

  • Clean driving record, with the ability to pass background and drug screenings

  • Must qualify for Jessica Lunsford Act screening to deliver to schools

  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented

  • Must have reliable personal transportation

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

  • Experience with produce or manual transmissions a plus

Position Details

  • Full-time role: 40–55 hours per week, 5–6 days per week

  • Start time: between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.; routes typically completed by midday

  • Competitive pay based on experience, with overtime opportunities
